180 Gram Gatefold Double LP, Numbered Limited Edition

For the first time ever as a 180-gram gatefold double LP, Impex Records presents the complete, extended takes from Thelonious Monk's 1967 Columbia classic Straight, No Chaser. The original album was edited down to fit a single LP; here the full-length performances by Monk with Charlie Rouse (tenor), Larry Gales (bass) and Ben Riley (drums) are restored, including a great interpretation of "Green Chimneys."
